1980 celebrates the eventful year of 2015 with the ‘Lyfers Volume 2’ compilation, a showcase of some of the best material being crafted in home studios all across the Lisbon-Brixton-Oporto triangle, where the coordinates to a near future are designed.

From Ondness’ ambient-noise atmospheres to the experimental bass with hip-hop roots of Pedro O Mau, L-Ali & Vulto, Apoca-Lips and Slunk, including Non Gravity Area’s cerebral techno, Bababa’s contemporary house, the one-man band Hai e Missing Link, and finally Octa Push’s own tropical cocktail.

This is the new Lyfers, where we place our bets on a not so distant future.
